SikaGrind-421 is a chloride free liquid additive to allow easier grinding of cement and enhance the quality of all types of cement. SikaGrind-200 has been specifically developed to obtain cements with increased early strengths.

Sikafloor®-263 SL is a multi-component, self-smoothing, solvent-free epoxy , provides continuous protection for concrete floors in light, medium and heavy duty applications at thickness of between 1.5 and 4mm or greater . The system can be applied successfully at greater thickness but on stages combined with broadcasted aggregates to increase & enhance the mechanical bonding between the layers .

Sikagard® BR-2
Protective Cementitious Coating
A cementitious polymer modified, 2 components protective coating, combining pore block crystallization action and polymers to enhance resistance to air born chlorides and gases. It acts as a thin layer coating material for concrete and renders with excellent protection properties.
Advantages SikaGard® -BR2 offers the following advantages: Pre-batch components (No added water). Brush, roller applied or sprayable. High adhesion to prepared substrates. Low consumption per M². Slightly Flexible. Crystallization pore blocking action. Good abrasion resistance. Improves concrete/masonry appearance. Non-toxic, vapor permeable, allowing substrate concrete to breath. May be applied to green concrete.
SikaSeal®-105
A cement base, polymer modified, 2 component, multi-purpose water proofing slurry. Sika Seal -105 combines the crystallization action and the water proofing capability of polymer. It Consists of special fillers, cement and graded aggregats.
Sika Seal -105 is part of a complete Sika waterproofing System.
Sika Seal -105 offers the following advantages:
